This event has been requested by several agencies that have been recently forced to make sudden shifts in their POTS strategy by various carriers. These changes have been disruptive from both a financial and functional perspective. 

Mike Hochberg and Kevin Ihde from Paradigm Consulting Group will get us up to speed on POTS lines and what options are out there. Mike and Kevin have over 40+ years of experience and bring an extremely qualified perspective on their field. 

There will be a 30 minute presentation followed by an open discussion so others that can provide insights and other possible directions. The idea here is to share best practices and any specific knowledge that can help us navigate this unfortunate situation.
